This annual commission will offer a female choreographer a platform on which to deliver their own personal response to the occasion.  This work, using any number of ideas and devices can include dance, text and physical theatre and may also provide the basis for the company’s pilot youth dance project. Yorke Dance Project are pleased to be working with Lea Anderson from the Cholmondeleys and the Featherstonehaughs. Lea will trial a new way of working that she has been researching and is looking forward to working with the company dancers, some of whom she has worked with previously.
