The Art Installation that accompanies GRACE provides an arena and context for pre show discussions and a social space for audience and artists to meet and connect during the length of the company’s stay in each venue.

The art installation is conceived as reflections from both the rehearsal process – through to the performance of the finished works. We will use still images from all the works, including the youth dance project, and also from the Lewitzky Archive in California, as well as video footage from the original Lewitzky company, rehearsal footage of Yorke Dance Project, performance footage, and also video from the youth dance groups.

Visual artists Pari Naderi (photography) and David McCormick (videographer) will create the installation.
